Hello, I'm Daniel Mustard and I'm running to represent you and your association on the Conservative Party of Canada's National Policy Committee (NPC)

Daniel Mustard is a lifelong Etobicoke–Lakeshore resident dedicated to his community. He is running for the National Policy Committee (NPC) of the Conservative Party of Canada, offering a neutral, EDA‑driven, collaborative approach to policy development.

Daniel serves on the Executive Board and as Fundraising Chair for the Etobicoke–Lakeshore Conservative EDA, and he is a Board Director with the Etobicoke Centre EDA. He attended the CPC 2026 Calgary Convention as a delegate, strengthening his national‑level insight. He remains active in Etobicoke–Lakeshore and continues to volunteer with a community organization and with the St. Mary’s General Hospital Volunteer Association in Kitchener, Ontario.

Professionally, Daniel brings experience from leadership roles with Walmart Canada. He recently completed his Project Management Certification with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and has pursued accredited studies through Athabasca University, the University of Arkansas (Walton Executive Education), and other programs.

Daniel has lived in Vancouver and across Newfoundland and Labrador—from St. John’s to Labrador City—giving him firsthand understanding of rural, urban, eastern, western, central, and northern challenges, and connecting him with Canadians from every region.

He is seeking election to the NPC as one of Ontario's representatives to strengthen EDAs through a transparent, regionally informed process. Daniel supports strong regional meetings, clear EDA alignment, and a grassroots policy framework. His strong political positions and leadership experience give him meaningful practical insight.

"Daniel contributed to the work of our Etobicoke—Lakeshore policy committee, and he has shown a flair for grassroots organizing. With his hard work, Daniel and the rest of our policy committee were able to advance three policy initiatives that made it the floor at the recent convention in Calgary. With his understanding of the policy development process, he would be a terrific addition to the National Policy Committee."
